Julie, Though I never met your mom, I did know her through your great stories. I am glad that she got a kick out of some of the stories you told her about my crazy doll collecting antics. I am reading all of the lovely things people wrote about her. It sounds like she spent her life making people smile. May she rest in peace.
Rosella and Jim were wonderful and life-long friends of my parents Harry and Mary Bergdoll. As a child I remember all the fun we had with the Hulce family! As the years passed, our families remained friends and I had the opportunity to know Jim and Rosella as an adult. Rosella was such a beautiful person both inside and out! I will never forget her thoughtfulness, laughter, and love. Julie and JoEllen, you are both so blessed to have had her as your mother! Rosella will always be cherished, remembered and loved. We have the assurance that one day we will meet her again!
Our Deepest Sympathy and Love,
The Bergdoll Family
I have many happy memories of Jim and Rosella over the years..Its hard to believe they are both gone now ....Prayers to Julie and JoEllen
Dear JoEllen and Julie,
I am sending my sincere condolences on the loss of your beloved mother, Rosella.
Through the years, I have enjoyed joining your parents and mine at many gatherings. I especially enjoyed your mother's beautiful smile and sense of humor. I remember well, her voice and laughter. How blessed you are to have had such a beautiful family.
Mother and I watched the video rememberance. We both felt that it was a beautiful tribute to a wonderful person who was beautiful both on the inside as well as the outside.
She will be missed very much.
Jo and Julie,
We're so sorry for the loss of your Mom. I've known Mrs. Hulce since eighth grade. She was always so kind and pleasant and would always have snacks, whenever I stopped by. Since I've moved to Phoenix, I haven't been able to see her as much. But whenever I did come back to visit, I'd make sure to drop by. Mrs. Hulce will be greatly missed. Rest In Peace.

What a beautiful video. JoEllen and Julie, your mother was beautiful inside and out. I have memories of growing up when my Mom would talk about her favorite sister Rosella. They were best friends. And when they talked on the phone my Mom would be laughing and I always knew they shared a special relationship. When Barbara, Linda and I went to visit Rosella in 2003, a year after losing our Mom, it was such a joy being with your Mom (and Julie too!). She was so sweet, and such fun. We just loved her delightful personality and yes, what a fun sense of humor she had. I am so sorry for your loss, and please know how much I care. Love, Cathy
Mom....you lit up our lives with your laughter and jokes even though old sober me was often slow on the uptake. You will be missed.
Julie, so sorry to hear of the passing of your mother. Thinking of you. God Bless. Rhonda
So sorry to hear of Rosella"s passing, We only had a few times that we got to visit. The last being when my sisters and I took a trip to Indiana and although she hadn"t seen us for years she treated us so special. I felt special. The first thing I remember was she was so happy and had a great laugh. O what a great reunion they will have in Heaven. Gods Blessings to the family. Love Linda [ Jackson} Noble
My heartfelt sympathy to JoEllen and Julie. Your mother was very special to my mother, her sister Vernice. I'll always remember the laughter and fun they shared. Though separated by the miles, they remained very close. Thankfully they were able to visit fairly often and kept in close contact by phone. I remember both of your parents as fun loving and gracious. Now I can imagine them all together and sharing jokes and laughter. Love to you both, your cousin Barbara
I was blessed to call her my Aunt and will miss her always. Life will not be the same without her.
Julie and Family,
We hope you have many memories to help you through the passing of Mrs. Hulce. Please know our thoughts are with you.

I did not personally know Mrs. Hulce however, I have experienced the loss of a loved one. So, it is with heartfelt sympathy that I share God's comforting guarantee regarding death and the resurrection. (2Corinthians 1:3,4)
Psalm 34:18 says, "Jehovah is close to the brokenhearted; He saves those who are crushed in spirit." Death was not God’s purpose for mankind and his purpose has not changed. The Bible assures us that God does care about our pain and grief; so much so that He says 'death is an enemy' and promises it will be 'brought to nothing'. (1Corinthians 15:26)
He guarantees the restoration of life or as one definition says, "the state of one risen from the dead". Jesus spoke of the resurrection which gives us the hope of seeing our loved ones again. (John 5:21, 28, 29) As you know, he himself was resurrected by his Father and performed many miracles including resurrections. So, starting with Jesus, all resurrections took place here on earth.
God's word assures us that the grief and sorrow we experience is temporary (Revelation 21:4) because God is a promise keeper and we will have the prospect of seeing our loved ones again! (Acts 24:15) This truth not only gives us hope for the future but provides comfort even now.
As you cherish the wonderful memories of Mrs. Hulce, may God continue to bless your family and friends in the coming days........
Julie, so very sorry to read of the loss of you mom. You are in our thoughts and prayers.
