The family will receive visitors from 10 a.m. to 12 noon on Tuesday, April 23, 2019, at Needham-Storey-Wampner Funeral Service, North Chapel, 1341 N. Baldwin Ave., Marion, IN.
Immediately following the time of visitation, a funeral service to celebrate Frankie’s life will begin at 12 noon. Burial will take place at Marion National Cemetery.
