Obituary of Rosemary Everman
Rosemary Everman, 82, Marion, entered the portals of Heaven on Monday, April 1, 2019, at Colonial Oaks Health Care Center in Marion. She was the daughter of the late Floyd and Mabel (Overman) Woodring.
Rosemary was born in Marion on August 15, 1936, and was a lifelong resident of Marion. She graduated from Marion High School and retired as a bus aide with Marion Community Schools. She and her husband, Bill Everman, shared over 65 years of life together before he entered Heaven just three days prior to her passing. They were members of Chapel Pike Wesleyan Church. She dearly loved her family and her church family, and she always put Christ first in her life.
She is survived by her three daughters: Terri Juarez, Noblesville; Brenda Durham, Marion; and Beth Totten, Marion; grandchildren, Stacy, Ben, Rachel (Jarred) Farr, and Sarah; and great-grandchildren, Kara, Erika, twins Caleb and Christopher, Britton, and Emily.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her son, Gary Thomas Everman, who died in infancy, and two brothers, Chesteen and Jim Woodring.
The family will receive visitors from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. with Rosemary’s service beginning at 1 p.m. on Saturday, April 6, 2019, at Chapel Pike Wesleyan Church, 2171 W. Chapel Pike, Marion, IN. Pastor Steve Colter and Pastor Bill Babb will co-officiate. Burial will follow at Grant Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Chapel Pike Wesleyan Church for the Building Fund.
Arrangements are entrusted to Needham-Storey-Wampner Funeral Service, North Chapel, 1341 N. Baldwin Ave., Marion, IN.
