I met Frank when I was auditing the City of Gas City from 1981 through 1992. My condolences to his family and friends.
To the family of Frank. Iam proud to have met your son Daryl and wife Mary. Words can’t express how proud you were of your family as exemplified in your son. May you Rest In Peace and shine from heaven above as you continue to protect your family. With prayers and sympathy to those still left on earth - God bless. Tracy Wells ( Twin City )
Sorry for your loss. Will be praying for the family. Spent many days at the Leist house, Godly man teaching life lessons
Dina I am so very sorry for your loss. You and your family will be in my prayers.
I am verry thankful and blessed to have known such a kind and loving man. Uncle Frank welcomed me into the family with open arms when Dallas and I married more than 26 years ago. A true hero and gentleman who loved his family, country and fellow man. Rest in peace Uncle Frank, you will be missed and not forgotten.
Much love and many prayers for comfort to the family.
