Dr Tom Phillippe:
Dr Tom was such a good evangelist and speaker with a heart for the gospel message. I counted him a friend that indeed changed the face of healthcare and education, toward a Christ centered perspective. He will be so very much missed.
Prayers and kind regards for the family.
Rev HB West Family
Expressing my condolence to the family for the lost of your precious loved one. Please find hope and comfort in God's wonderful promise of a resurrection of those who have passed away to be fulfilled by his son Jesus Christ. Then God's promise of no more sickness, sorrow, pain or death will come to be. What a wonderful time to look forward to! May you have peace in your hearts as we all await this time together. Acts 24:15; John 5:28,29; Revelation 21:3-5.
Thank You Dr. Phillippe for your dedicated life to God and family. Your life touched so many and made a positive difference for numerous souls. May God bless and comfort your family during this time of loss.

Dear Tom,Jr.,Towanna, Stacy and Families.
My heart is saddened with the passing of my precious brother in-law, Dr. Tom Philippe, Sr. and I am lifting each of you up in prayer as I know your hearts are broken with the passing of your Mom and now your Dad. They will be missed terribly, however there is joy in knowing they have fought the good fight and joined with their family members to celebrate and worship their Heavenly Father for eternity.
Tom has proclaimed our Lord and set a Godly example for us to follow in living for our Savior and Master.
With My Love and Prayers,
Your Uncle Dean
Thankful for the positive impact BOTH of the Phillipes had on our lives and families. He was always a "quiet giant" while we attended Trinity Church together in Indianapolis. Blessings on each family member - our prayers are and will be with you!
So very grateful to have had Dr. Phillippe mentor me as a young pastor in his "Positive Pastor's Research Club" in the 80's in southern California. What a great impact on my life and ministry. May God bring comfort and grace to his family and loved ones, until we meet again!
Dear Tom, Jr., Towanna, and Stacey and family members,
We were saddened to hear of your father's passing, but rejoice along with you that he has stepped on that heavenly shore and met his Lord and Savior...We all are striving to follow in his train. What a blessing when we all get to heaven!
We think fondly of all the many relationships with both your Dad and Mom throughout the years...They will long be remembered as outstanding examples of the faith, true friends, devoted to helping others particularly their Alma Mater with strong support and leave behind many memorials of their benefaction at the IWU campus....long to be remembered! Your father's life will be long remembered as a strong steadfast Christian who loved God and God's people!
You are in our thoughts and prayers, May God's great grace buoy you up in the hours ahead! Sincerely,Jim & Olga-Marie Hill
Memories linger in my mind and heart of his personal interest. Among all he's remembered for, I recall his kindness to me in my early years of ministry. He lived well, balancing decisions of both mind and heart. By observing his life, I learned the importance of both.
May the peace of Christ be a source of special comfort as we remember to live with an eternal perspective.
My condolence to the family & friends of Thomas Phillippe, Sr. As you cherish the many fond memories of Mr. Phillippe, may you be comforted by the promise at Revelation 21:4-5. Jehovah God guarantees He will soon eliminate sickness, death & sorrow....forever! (Joshua 23:14)
May God’s word, the thoughts & prayers of others strengthen you each day, as we await the fulfillment of his promises! (Acts 24:15; Isaiah 26:19)
It is a joy to have known Dr. Phillippe, Sr. His gentle and kind spirit has been a blessing. His generosity has made eternal difference. Many lives have been impacted in Christ. I am grateful for him. May you and your family know of the comfort, love, and joy of God’s grace. Blessings. Rev. Rick Carder.
We will always remember Dr. Phillippe and his dear wife, Joan, from our days as "Canadian Snowbirds" at Wesleyan Village in Florida. They were a wonderful Christian couple who emulated the love of Christ. We loved to hear Dr. Phillippe preach from time to time and enjoyed his spirited, very enthusiastic messages. At times we would be favoured with a solo from Mrs. Phillippe which was always a blessing.
Not only was their generosity felt in Wesleyan Village, but also here in our Province of New Brunswick, Canada. Kingswood University has been greatly enriched in so many ways by their support, their love for the students and their love for the Lord whom they both served so faithfully for so many years.
Our thoughts and prayers are with the family during this difficult time.
Sincerely, Ross and Betty Powers, Riverview, New Brunswick, Canada
Tom Philippe was willing to step into the role of interim pastor when Park Place Wesleyan Church (then Pinellas Park Wesleyan) was hurting after two devastating pastoral events. Pastor Tom was very kind and did an outstanding job helping our church heal. This is just one example of the excellent service Pastor Tom gave The Wesleyan Church. His loss to us here will be felt forever in our hearts but his passing is heavens gain.
Have known Tom since College days. He will be missed.
May God comfort his precious family as reunited with his wife in heaven.
