Obituary of Elsie E. Bush

Elsie E. Bush, 75, formerly of 1220 S. Pennsylvania St., died at 9:10 a.m. Monday in Twin City Health Care Center, Gas City.

She was born in Grant County to the late Edward and Lucy (Bodle) Kepler. She was a life resident of Marion. She married Aaron N. Bush on May 7, 1947; he died Nov. 10, 2002. She was a homemaker.

She was a member of United Pentecostal Church of Marion where she taught Sunday school, was active in the Ladies Group and sang in the choir. Family was very important to Elsie, and she loved spending time with her grandchildren.

Survivors include daughters, Janet (Robert) Buteau and Anna (Larry) Young, both of Marion; grandchildren, Aaron (Lisa) Buteau, Tulsa, Okla., Jonathan Buteau and Ashley Young, both of Marion; great-grandson, Tyler Buteau; sisters, Helen Scott, Monroeville, Phyllis Antisdel, Niles, Mich., and Betty Venson, Buchanan, Mich.

She also was preceded in death by siblings, Ruth, Pearl, Joseph, Howard, James, Clinton and Donald.

Services are at 2 p.m. Wednesday in United Pentecostal Church of Marion, 1116 S. Pennsylvania St., with Pastor Robert Harris officiating. Burial is in Gardens of Memory cemetery, Huntington County.

Visitation is from 4 to 7 p.m. today at Needham-Storey-Wampner Funeral Service, North Chapel, 1341 N. Baldwin Ave. Online condolences may be made at www.nswcares.com.
