I was saddened to read of your mother’s passing, Clyde. Healing thoughts and prayers to you and yours during this time. Thinking of you.
To The Thornell Family: Our family was acquainted with Mr. & Mrs. Thornell for many years. My father knew Clyde through the television repair business and my mother knew Geneva through the Mother's Forum and various activities at the YWCA. Clyde & Geneva were very good people. Clyde was a very fine gentleman and Geneva was always such a nice and dear lady. My sister and I knew Dixie through the Junior American Citizens (a youth organization connected with the Daughters Of The American Revolution). And, I knew Dave Hensley during my childhood years in Brinker Heights and Allen Elementary School. My family and I send you our sincere condolences in your loss. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. May God bless you with His peace during your time of loss. Janet, Emilie & Susan Gilbert (The family of the Late Gene Gilbert) .
So sorry for your loss.
Keeping your family in our thoughts.
Sorry to read of your loss, but she had a good long life. Keep your memories and I will keep the family in my prayers. 8tdnt

Very sorry to hear of Mrs. Thornell's passing. I knew Clyde well, being in the same trade, and knew Mrs. Thornell through the TV business.
So sorry, Garry, to hear of your loss. Praying your memories bring you much comfort,
No doubt Mrs. Thornell will be sadly missed by all who knew her. Having endured such a loss, I find comfort in knowing the restoration of life is guaranteed. Jesus spoke of the coming resurrection (John 5:21, 28, 29), was himself resurrected by his Father and he performed many miracles. All such miraculous events, including resurrections, took place on earth giving us a precious glimpse of what is to come.......seeing our loved ones again! (Acts 24:15)
Knowing death was not God’s purpose for mankind and his purpose has not changed provides comfort as well. His word is clear, “He will swallow up death forever, and the Sovereign Lord Jehovah will wipe away the tears from all faces”. (Isaiah 25:8; Revelation 21:4)
Until such time that his promises are fulfilled, may Jehovah God continue to bless your family now & in the days to come as you reflect on the many memories of Mrs. Thornell....
We believe that the concept of service is of enormous value to individuals, communities, and society in general.
