Family of Greg Edmonds,
There are few experiences more difficult than losing a loved one in death; no doubt Mr. Edmonds will be sadly missed. I find comfort in knowing death was not God’s purpose for mankind and his purpose has not changed. God’s word is clear, “He will swallow up death forever, and the Sovereign Lord Jehovah will wipe away the tears from all faces”. (Isaiah 25:8; Revelation 21:4)
Further, the restoration of life is guaranteed! Jesus not only spoke of the coming resurrection (John 5:21, 28, 29), he himself was resurrected by his Father and performed many miracles. All such miraculous events, including resurrections, took place on earth giving us a precious glimpse of what is to come.......seeing our loved ones again. (Acts 24:15)
May Jehovah God continue to bless your family in the days ahead as you cherish the many fond memories of Mr. Edmonds.
Eddie our time together driving to quarterback camp in Indy is etched in my mind. We learned to throw together, my friend you are gone but my heart will be full of warm memories at such a cool time in our lives. Peace to your Family and wing a few for me. God bless!
Heartfelt condolences for you and your family at this very difficult time.
So very sorry to get this sad news. We thought the world of Greg ....he played tennis with our twins and loved having him for dinner with our family. Such a likable guy....know he will be sadly missed by his family.
My prayers are for peace for Sammy, the kids, Doug and family. He loved everyone of you and he was so proud of you. Greg has been a good friend for many years. We had some great times on the golf course and I will always remember his huge smile. He was always there to help with a computer challenge. He was definitely a man of integrity who stood up for what he believed in. I will miss him but I know I will see him again in heaven. I am sorry that I can’t make it up there in time to pay my respects and celebrate his life with you. Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you this week.
Sammy and Liz, my heart goes out to you both. Greg was a great guy, father, and husband. I am sorry I won't be able to Celebrate his life with you. I am out of state. I am praying for you and sending hugs and much love!!
My condolences to family members, friends, coworkers, and community members who all share in this loss...
