I was so upset to hear about Ron even though I know he was slipping. He was a very might I say interesting man with that slight little evil streak that made him Ron. He will be missed I am sure. But we all know he is there and Charlie has been awaiting his arrival in Heaven. I cherished his friendship and enjoyed his humor. God will have to sit on him a little but Ron will still be Ron I am sure. Sorry we couldn't be there from here but we sure spent a lot of time laughing about Ron and praying for your comfort Carol. As a dear friend use to say all the time, "He was a dandy". Well, what better words to say then Ron, you were a dandy. And as Charley use to say, "WOW, well, wow, Ron you made it! Ron will be missed for the mark he left on people's lives.
So very sorry for your great loss. Ron was a special person. May God Hold you all in His loving arms and carry you through the days of grief ahead. With Love and prayers, Lisa and Jack Teegarden
My heart is saddened by the passing of Ron. Please accept my heartfelt sympathies for your loss.
Ron gave me many, many moments of laughter when he would come visit Hillside when I was secretary. I can just imagine the pranks he's already pulling on Charlie Fields up in Heaven.
We will miss Ronald and those special hugs. But so great to know he's with Jesus his saviour. He was my brother John & my last 1st cousin .I'm sorry we'll not be able to be at his celebration of life.as we are out of state. Love you all
Carol, Nan, Tracy & family
So sorry to hear of Ron's passing-he left a great example of a dedicated Christian! My God bless each of you with strength and peace during this time!
Ron was a man of God. He made me feel loved and important. He made me laugh. Most of all he loved and cared for my friend Carol. God has blessed me with knowing both for the past 11 years. I am keeping all of you in my prayers.
Ron was one of the kindest, Godliest men I have ever known. I have known him since I was a little girl. I have never known him to raise his voice or get mad about anything, even when we were in his back yard playing and probably deserved it. He loved his family and he loved the Lord. He was a fine example to his children, grandchildren and greatchildren of how to live a Godly life. I will miss the tight hugs I got from Ron every Sunday. Ron was partly responsible for getting my dad back to church and I know without a doubt that my dad and Ron are in heaven carrying on the way they did for many, many years here on earth. I love you Ron. You will be missed. Rest in heaven now.
